I provide training and support in early childhood administration to enhance the effective use of student management, health and safety, payroll, and accounting systems.
Centres are supported in meeting regulatory requirements for ECE funding by reviewing documentation, systems, processes, financials, and offering management mentoring.
My philosophy is to ensure services are viable and sustainable, so that services can provide the best outcomes for our children. With 25 years of experience as a centre owner and 15 years as a consultant, I am dedicated to helping services grow, develop and be successful.

Testimonials
We survived the audit!
It was an intense few days, but we got through without having to re-pay a cent! She also said that our pay parity documentation was amongst the best she has seen!
Kudos to you for getting us to this point!
Julia Wilson, University of Auckland
Thanks Todd for the invaluable expertise and tips. The clarity you brought to the Pay parity & MoE audit requirements significantly enhanced my understanding, making the entire audit journey more manageable and supported us in having a successful audit.
Caryn, Rockaybe Early Learning Centre
“Further to Todd checking my funding notice, I contacted the MoE and told them the missed funding. They helped me to look at it and it missed two days when we open but no one attended. They will fund me the rest of the amount by 1st of April.”
Francis, Little Seed Early Learning Centre
